What to do with leftover juices from bbq pork shoulder

My mother freezes the fat and uses it later in green beans, like cut green beans not whole.

This is what we do. She gets it on her dry food a little at a time until it's gone.

Martha Stewart wrote once that she freezes wine in ice cube trays to toss into soups, sauce etc. wonder if you could do that?

Maybe you are starting with too much liquid. I freeze the liquid while the meat is resting (just long enough to get the fat semi-solid and easy to scrape off). After I shred the meat, I skim the fat off of the juice and pour the rest over the meat, which it readily absorbs. There really isn't leftover juice after that.
