Well that wasn't my recollection, but regardless, I don't think OP needs to do anything and I don't think the information available is clear enough.



I've had kids in APS for the last 10 years and after K they didn't require any medical forms aside from the documentation to show additional required vaccines in 7th and then in 12th. And also for MS/HS sports.

Maybe you're thinking about camps or daycare?

Guess what OP? If you are missing any forms, you should have received a robo call, text and email from APS today.

If your child is active in ParentVue and you were not contacted, you should be good to go!

We received an email from our principal (Ashlawn) indicating we'd need to complete an online verification in ParentVue by September 2 - but it won't be available to complete until August 22.

Yes this is a yearly check of your personal information. It's normally done during the first weeks of school, so not a huge rush to get it done before school starts.
