made of sweetened tahini and carries the same caloric load as candied nuts. Yum!

I came here to say the same thing! I just discovered they make sugar free halvah and it’s great and just sweet enough on its own without being over the top sweet. Same fat content. I love it

Coconut cream. You can make pudding or popsicles or curry or soup with it. Ground beef with lots of fat...can season many different ways. When he can eat crunchy food again, sesame sticks are among the highest calorie foods per ounce.

When my teen daughter’s weight was too low, her doctor told us to have her drink an Ensure Plus daily. They’re formulated to provide nutrition and cause weight gain.

Mac n cheese. Microwaveable chicken pot pie. Stouffers anything. Frozen pizza. Frozen fries and tater tots. But he could instead go high protein and lift weights. Like with high protein bars and shakes from Vitamin Shoppe. It's good to start on a clean slate, low body fat, then add on bulk muscle.

Again- make sure he is eating carbs with these fats to raise insulin levels. So rice with the curry, ground beef on a white tortilla etc. The sesame snacks seem ideal b.c they are wheat based.

Basically- think of anything my Southern Granny would have fixed.

Smoothies:
*Full fat milk
*Avocado
*Peanut Butter
*Frozen banana (is he allergic to all fruits?)
*Chocolate protein power

That above would be a lot. Could also add nutella for extra calories.
