Very high calorie foods

Anonymous
At this point I’m not concerned with “healthy” high calorie foods.

I need ideas like this one… https://natashaskitchen.com/zuppa-toscana-recipe-video/

Need my college aged kid to gain 25-40 lbs.

Also soft food a plus, can’t bite food or eat chips for 2 more weeks. He can chew meat if cut up.

He’s allergic to fruit.

Thanks.

Butter in everything.

Milkshakes with malt.

Creamy, cheesy, oily sauces.

Peanut butter sauces. Like Asian noodles with fried tofu and extra peanut sauce on the side.

Spicy Mayo on fries, fish, sushi and/or mayo based dishes.

Fried potatoes.

Eggs with cheese and cream cheese.

Look at some of the websites for parents who are using family based therapy to refeed loved ones with anorexia.

Thanks … peanut butter sauces, great idea he loves chicken satay

Mayo another good one

I’ll do latkes and sour cream and of course french fries but with Mayo. I was a waitress I should have thought of that.

He loves cheese so we are on that with Brie and soft bread.

Thanks again!

High carbs mixed with fats. Pancakes with syrup and butter, bread with butter, pasta with Alfredo sauce, baked potatoes with sour cream and butter.

Caprese salad heavy on the mozz and olive oil can be high calorie and refreshing in a way that lots of high calorie foods are not.

Simple carbs plus fats- milkshakes, ice cream, Mac n Cheese, ramen, au gratin potatoes, etc. Fatty food isn't enough you need so spike the insulin with sugar or starchy ingredients.

No that's basically keto. If you wst that on bread you are good to go.

Halvah is one of the most calorie dense treats you can get. It's a middle eastern dessert
made of sweetened tahini and carries the same caloric load as candied nuts. Yum!

I got pretty fat from my ice cream addiction. I definitely recommend it for weight gain.
