we “recycle” the juice once by chopping up a cucumber and letting it soak overnight. Not quite homemade but so much yummier than the original.

Not everyone’s blood pressure is salt sensitive. In fact, it’s a small % of people who are. After telling everyone that salt is bad all these years, the researchers just don’t want to admit that it is ok for most people. |
