air-popped popcorn with chili lime spice (Trader Joe’s has a Chili lime spice or It is called tajin in Regular store)

It is a whole grain, good source of fiber, and low calorie. While not low carb, it isn’t high carb either and you can eat a pretty large serving for little calories

3 cups of air popped popcorn:

93 calories
4 grams fiber
18 grams carb

Harvest brand baked pea chips. There are 5 grams of protein in a serving. Not sure if they’re low carb tbh but they’re better than a regular chip.

High carb though. Disappointing.

For granola I love the purely pecans grain free granola-6 grams net carbs per serving.
Quest chips or Atkin’s chips when you wants chips when everyone’s else is eating chips

Catalina crunch snack mix and cereal are a nice lower carb crunchy treat.

Epic chicken crisps are terrible IMO.

But it isn’t processed, is a good source of fiber, whole grain, and low calorie. Unless there is a specific reason you MUST maintain a very low carb level, air popped popcorn is a great snack for general good health and weight loss or maintain

I cut the low carb tortillas into triangles, brush with olive oil and bake. They keep a long time, and I just need a few with salsa and guacamole or cream cheese.

Oh and there is a salt and vinegar variety.

tropical dried fruit and nut mix

The one caveat is to be careful which brand you get. Some of them dust the dried fruit with added sugar which boosts the carbs.

Pork rinds. Delicious, too.

yes to pork rinds. My favorite are the epic brand himalayan pink sea salt. Preferably served with goat cheese. I also like the maple bacon pork cracklings, but it's harder to limit the serving size on those and they are higher carb if you don't..

And this is so funny because it may well have zero carbs but about 1000 calories in FAT. PURE FAT. So, probably not a healthy choice!
