If you do Target drive up.....

I usually click "I'm on my way" right before leaving work. So about 15ish minutes lead time. I had an employee thank me for doing that because she was able to bring me my stuff right as I pulled in where others had to wait. I think it helps move things along if you give them lead time.

They aren't going to pull out the milk and eggs until you hit the "I'm here."

My Target won’t let me order any refrigerated or frozen item for Drive Up. Is that unusual?

They might not have fridge or freezer space.

Anonymous wrote:Yes huge faux pas not to click I’m on my way. They only have two minutes to get it to you once you click you are here. They likely aren’t sitting around waiting for you to get there so they have to come back inside grab your stuff and then bring it back out. Plus there are likely people ahead of you. They get docked for not bringing it in 2 minutes.

If this is true, it's not at all apparent on the app that it's supposed to be used 2 minutes out.

No, they have an internal goal of getting it delivered to you within two minutes if you clicking I’m here.

Ah, I misread, thanks. I don't think my Target is very good at this...
