The secret is in the sauce. The rest was just white bread, cucumbers, dill, and smoked salmon.

You can add thinly sliced cucumbers I do so good.


Neopol is the one based out of Baltimore. They have a spot in union market as well.

I like to host tea parties (yes very random but so much fun!). The best part is always the sandwiches and small desserts. For my salmon ones I of course use white bread and mix my cream cheese with lemon zest and fresh dill. I then spread that in both sides of the bread and put a thin layer of smoked salmon and cucumber in the middle. I put the bread together and use a small biscuit cutter to make 4 bite size sandwich rounds.
