In a pinch, try Trader Joe’s Mushroom Ravioli (bagged in freezer section). Ultimate comfort food!

Chicken Marsala just add cream.

You can also make an easy white wine cream sauce with mushrooms. Just sauté shallots and garlic in olive oil, sauté mushrooms, add wine and let it reduce cook down, add cream whisking at the end. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over pasta, a cooked chicken breast, a baked potato etc.

My first thought was a mushroom stroganoff served with fettuccine. White wine, sour cream, Worcester to make the creaminess of it....
