Yes. Thank you, that's it. I'm not homophobic at all, I just never crushed on gay guys. I previously believed I had a strong "gaydar", I admit that I don't. I also don't let a person's orientation affect whether I like them or not. Mayor Pete is on my hot list, due to his intellect and youthful good looks.

Interesting how the family tries to make his mental health issues the reason this never happened. It's textbook family dysfunction for the abused kid to have mental health issues, even trouble with the law because he/she is acting out and internalizing from all the trauma. Not saying I automatically believe this happened, but I suspect it's true. I really hope this young man has secret recordings if it happened.

Does it matter if it is his nephew by his step sister or half sister. If it is true either way it is repulsive but will incest charge stick of it is his stepsister’s child so not blood related?

I don't believe anything about this. Not even close. It's way too crazy. He has four kids, has been married five years (had to google as I knew he was married/had kids/did not remember the timeline)- as a parent it doesn't pass the sniff test- seriously wtf would he even find the time?

Having said that- this story will never go away because of all the mentally deficient people who want to believe trash or conspiracy theories like this.

And of course the bigger harm is the homophobic blurring of gay/pedophilia. Seriously offensive.

I've worked with victims of abuse and you are incredibly naive. This is classic with abuse. The victim is often someone easy to discredit and the perpetrator seems quite likeable and good-natured to the outside world. I have no idea if this really happened, but I certainly hope the boy has secret recording because it is so hard to prove.
