Wilmington and Charleston are both fun towns! Schools pretty comparable academically. Agree to choose whichever your kid likes more or makes the best sense financially.

Your daughter is MUCH more likely to die in a car accident than to bleed to death from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy (especially if she uses birth control correctly). So if you want to play it that safe, you should never allow her to be in a moving vehicle. She can always do college online.
