[not sure what to do with "win-win-win", that must be on the newer edition of the Development Bingo that I don't yet own]

LOL. I roll my eyes every time I see the word “vibrant”. It’s such a nonsense word wrt development and yet it gives away a lot of information about the person using it.

This post was snarky but also made me laugh!

The mayor is pro-development. Would Matt Frumin move it forward. It seems to me that the Tenleytown neighbors should be thanking GDS for its vision and commitment to invest in the community, which is anything but vibrant. Instead, it seems that some would rather cling to their mattress stores and fast food stands than partner with GDS for a progressive future.

Frumin supported the GDS development and also supported the Safeway redevelopment that was prior to.

Is there a development that Frumin hasn’t supported?

To be fair, Frumin has had a few reservations about the Ladybird development which is a few blocks from his home.

So surprised that the “Mattresstown” are not begging GDS to break ground on needed mixed-use development. The area along Wisconsin is boring, even blighted. At least GDS is willing to commit resources to an exciting vision for DC urban renewal.

The Mattresstown neighbors need to get behind GDS.

If you are surprised, you haven’t been paying attention.

Nope, not the ANC. It is the Mayor's friend who lives in the across the street building who doesn't want their view altered.

The ANC and broader community were all for the new GDS development.

Is this for real?! Pathetic if that’s the case.
