Airlines (United) still contradicting Country (France) entry requirements

Flew Lufthansa to Rome and Frankfurt and flight attendants asked everyone to wear a mask; and on buses in Rome and bus stops and water taxis in Venice fellow passengers asked you to wear one of you don’t.
