DS living with us is experiencing anxiety and depression

That’s really positive OP. Glad he’s seeing improvement. Working out is a great sign.

Of course he is depressed. He lives with his parents. Help him move out to a shared apartment or house with people his age. He’s wasting his twenties living with his parents. How depressing.

Glad to hear things are looking a little up. This is a common time in a young person’s life for mental health issues to surface. It sounds like you’re doing all the right things to help him.
