IUDs work by aborting the “unborn”. It’s not birth control, it’s abortion same as the morning after pill. If there isn’t a credible movement to ban all abortive than we’ll know how hypocritical the laws are. |

It’s been summarized by various posters, PP. IUD’s work by not allowing a fertilized egg to implant - same as the “morning after pill”. Both are abortions. Some birth control pills work that way too. Of course, they will be banned by the states who have banned abortion. |
