Agreed. Disgusting. Enjoy the dental bills when you pay for all those fillings, OP.

This is OP - So yes crazy amounts of sugar all the time would ruin even the best teeth but teeth are mostly genetic and environmental (medicine and chemical effects in utero or childhood)

Why not? But I buy my kids sugar cereal occasionally too.

LOL. Fun fact: **salt is much worse for teeth than sugar. Look it up or ask your dentist.

Anyway, OP, I am not a fan at all of milk so I wouldn't eat cereal with either white or chocolate milk but my kids absolutely love chocolate milk in their cereal if we have chocolate milk. The older kids are D1 athletes so it didn't hurt their development in any way! I say let the kid have some chocolate milk in his cereal.

Forgive me. I have salt on the brain this morning. I should have said **starch**. According to our family dentist, starches stick to the teeth and are horrible for teeth. He said it is much worse to eat a bag of chips than it is to eat a candy bar.

Should you do it routinely? Probably not. But is it going to be tasty with the right cereal? Oh yeah.

No.
