Has anyone gotten rid of stubborn cellulite on back of thighs?

I'm in my 50s and I've had cellulite on the back of my legs since I was a teenager, so for me it's surely genetic and not related to age or weight. I have always assumed nothing could be done about it (I think I fell for some creams and exfoliating back in my 20s), but I am pleased to hear that these non-surgical practices (barre, weight lifting, diet) could have an impact! I sometimes do barre classes on Peloton. Maybe I'll tick these up and see what happens.

My one year old has cellulite on her butt/legs in the same places I do. This was a revelation to me. It is natural/not shameful.

I work out regularly (weights, HIIT, Pilates), walk 2x/day, work at a stand up desk, eat a clean diet, and I still have cellulite. Bonus, with aging now I have crepey skin AND cellulite.

39, 5’6 118lbs. Plenty of cellulite on my butt and thighs. Weight lifting has helped but it’s still there. Accept it, no one is examining like you do (advice I wish I could take myself at times). Go to the pool and try to find more than 2 people around your age (or way younger) that have perfect backs of thighs. You’re totally normal.

Mine has faded. I weigh roughly the same as 10 years ago but do more endurance cardio now. I actually don't strength train much at all, even though I should. I do eat less sugar, not sure if that has anything to do with it

What types of endurance cardio activities do you do? And for how long?

Try dry brushing, too. My skin looks overall better when I do this.

125 is a healthy weight for 5’4, it’s not underweight

Biking, mostly. Used to mix in running but got injured. 1 hour roundtrip, 3x a week (commute), then a longer weekend ride (2.5-3 hours, around 30-35 miles).

Im 5'4" and 130 pounds and I have no cellulite at all. My mother is obese and has very little cellulite. It's genetic.

This, plus reduce gluten.
