Should I do Prolon?

Anonymous
I would not do it.
I've done it twice. Gained the weight back within a week or two I think BUT I'm the idiot who did it before thanksgiving and a vacation.

I forgot I subscribed so I have another box I have to get through.

I hate it BUT I hate olives and their snack bars are gross.

It had better be really healthy for me and I hope this time I can keep off a pound or two.

I just did Keto again to lose some weight and after 25 days, I only lost 4.5 lbs. I think my protein was too low. I hate Keto too but one round of prolon makes you long for Keto and actually eating.

I'd do one of the Prolon hack versions because I cannot stand the actual food in the box.

Anyone else doing Prolon now (or recently)? I am on day 4 and really liking it. I've noticed a lot of complaints on the Amazon site so wonder if a lot of the issues are from the people who order from Amazon vs. directly. I am 5 lbs down on Day 4 and while I know I will likely regain most of that, I feel really good and like it might be a really good reset.

I looked into prolon and was turned off because every thing is prepackaged food? That’s not healthy eating to me. Eat real nutritious food, and add IF fasting but don’t eat packaged crap.

I posted earlier. I do my own 4-5 day prolon diet, all fresh food (except the Amy’s soups). Mostly veg, avocado, a few nuts. I have done it 4 times now and I think it’s helped me lose visceral fat plus shifted my way of thinking (like it’s not an emergency if I can’t eat; I no longer buy gross expensive food in an airport, for example). I also introduced some new vegan recipes into regular rotation.

I did it. It’s terrible. Not worth it. Just starve yourself without spending the money.
It’s just eating nothing for a week basically
