How to trust again after being cheated on?

I totally agree with this.

I don't think I have been cheated on but I have no clue. About half of people cheat, so why would I be the exception. And I assume that number is even higher for attractive people with options which describes my spouse. I don't fully trust anyone.

Sure, younger people are less jaded. Same goes for why women like younger men. Ask an older man whether he trusts his new girlfriend his age to not lose her sex drive....

I'm very attractive, always had options--and I have never cheated on anyone. Some people do believe in honesty and fidelity. And, if they can't do it, they communicate that.

They'll believe their bullsh*t. Period. They have less relationship experience. A middle aged woman has seen and heard it all.
