You people are self-hating shark-jumpers. The only positive is that you are a tiny minority that is over-representated on social media.

Williams a Republican? Pathetic goons

Williams was a great mayor, but to be clear, there is nothing wrong with being a moderate Republican. David Catania was a moderate Republican and served on the Council. Politically he might even be more liberal than Czapary.

I’m not sure why it upsets people so much to point out that in a one-party jurisdiction like DC, you still get a broad range of political beliefs but they all fall under the same party umbrella.

It’s fine. But the implication is rather dangerous. Calling a Dem a Rep is meant to be an insult, planters to discredit any resident who dare suggest safe and clean city

If Salah is good for Washington Post, he’s good for me. Get the ATVs out. Oh, and he’s legit LGBTQ at times and places where it could have cost him to speak up.

I’ve never seen such a thin bio as Brianna’s — look up the wiki article.

The Washington Post's "editorial board" for DC dem endorsements is made up of one conservative woman who lives in Maryland. She consistently just endorses the most conservative candidate in any race, and doesn't even bother to interview all candidates running.

LOL The Post endorsed Nate Fleming...probably the most progressive at-large candidate in the race!

Eh, pretty sure that Lisa Gore is to the left of him.

Okay. But they did not endorse Dunn. So this whole theory about endorsements is dumb.

This thread is suppose to be about Sabel Harris and almost none of the posts in this thread mention her. She must really be off everyone's radar

Not a Ward 1 resident, but I met her outside a church and she's very bright with a lot of ideas. I wished her luck and donated to her campaign. While she does seem to be off everyone's radar, I hope she stays involved.

Her official twitter posts are misguided at best. Sophomoric too
