There are actually great options in a box now, including locally imported Caves de Pomerol Picpoul de Pinet (La Petite Frog, appt $40 for the equivalent of 4 bottles) and La Nevera Blanco.
There is demand for the boxes b/c of rising glass prices, plus they'll keep well in the fridge. It's not just about franzia anymore. |
