The People Have Been Heard - No More Testing

There is not testing on domestic travel or when going from US to Canada. So half your trip would have involved flying with people who hadn't tested.

a negative antigen is really not very good reassurance anyway. Friend just tested positive by PCR after 3 negative antigen tests and she is symptomatic.

Absolutely true. Have heard multiple stories about being exposed, getting negative test for 2 days, and then on 4th day testing positive. I wouldn't put too much stock in a negative antigen test unless it's the 4th day in a row of negative tests.

I'm going to take a wild guess and say that most didn't even test before boarding, they may have had paperwork, but no real testing.

Good news. I don't think it was having any impact on public health. The virus was spreading like wildfire here even with the testing requirement. I've travelled internationally twice with the required testing and it was nerve wracking to not know if you were going to be able to get home as planned, to the point that I deferred a summer trip. Time to make some reservations.

My insurance reimbursed them because they were prescribed (and/or because it was before my insurance had set up the way to get tests with no up front cost so they had to pay full-freight, not just $12/per, because I ordered them 1/15/22). I had to appeal the denial, but I got payment in full.

Same here . Mine eMed tests are coming today.

Half these people probably manipulated their tests, so don't be so sure.

Because it makes NO SENSE in June 2022. Common sense prevails!

Ha, I was just thinking this as well! I waited and waited to order, and they arrived just yesterday. So, everyone owes us three a big thank you!

They’re going to “reevaluate” every 90 days, apparently.

😒😒

They might find another January 6 on their hands if they "re-evaluate" the wrong way!
