This. I don't think there ever was a protocol. The first-period teachers aren't demanding "clearance letters" from anyone. No one is standing at the door of the school with some kind of list. Is this actually happening anywhere in APS?

Yes, school nurse called to confirm we had the clearance letter because it wasn’t copied in their email.
