Such an odd post, knocking on Lexus but praising Range Rovers and Hyundais... Lexus is good option, though not sure what OP is really looking for. |
LOL. But the Lexus is “basic”. Ok. |
Not Hyundai. Genesis. Looks like a Bentley, but better. |
It’s still a Hyundai, dude.

| Without a budget, it would be impossible to say. There's a huge range of pricing. |
| Check out the CX9. Mazda doing alot of things right in terms of design and engineering. |
I buy my clothes at target, but I like nice cars. |

On our second Audi Q5 and really enjoy it.
Comfortable and drives well (3.2 and now a 3.0T; the 2.0T far less smooth of a drive and would not recommend) |

People here love to rag on Range Rovers, but we’ve had three and the two that were purchased in the last five years have been great. No issues at all.
I know why they have a bad reputation, because I inherited one from the 80’s that looked awesome and was fun to drive, but which literally required having a mechanic on retainer. We finally gave it to him. The new ones are completely different from a reliability standpoint. |
| Genesis is the luxury division of Hyundai Motor Group. Hyundai Motor Company is the parent company of Genesis, Hyundai, and IONIQ, as well as part-parent of Kia. While Hyundai Motor Company is parent of both Hyundai and Genesis, as of 2016, Genesis is a separate company from Hyundai. |

All to avoid!

We looked at the Genesis. They are sold at Hyundai dealerships and the dealers know little about them. Pretty unpleasant shopping experience. |
We have a plug in hybrid. |
| I love the Jaguar F Pace but Consumer Reports panned them. |
| I had a Mercedes and I loved it at first until it was in the shop all the time. It was so unreliable (it even stalled out of nowhere driving on Wisconsin). I swore I’d never buy another Mercedes. I’ve had much better luck with Audis. |
