The deal is that he is pretty much the opposite of this, yet feel like this has become a little more common in the last year or so. At first, I saw it as the byproduct of the pandemic, but I couldn't over look yesterday, especially as he is the one who had been pushing for the painters.

He knew I wasn't happy and said he was sorry that it threw off the day. Going forward, I will simply tell him that there has to be an agreement on when he exits the room, apartment in these kinds of instances in the morning or that he will have to take over the fallout.
