This can’t possibly be what I’m hearing/feeling in Burtonsville, can it? Nobody in my neighborhood listens to that type of music, at least not that I’ve ever heard before.

Was this going on today around 4pm? I’m in NW dc near sibley hospital and out walking this afternoon heard a rhythmic rumbling coming from sky. Was totally confused and couldn’t figure out if it was thunder or plane but honestly didn’t sound like either as it was so rhythmic

311 isn't going to do anything, unfortunately. I'm donating to her opponent.

I don't imagine her opponent will take our quality of life any more seriously. Either of them.

It's ethics. Bowser is all about pay to play. Robert White isn't like that. We would have seen it in him as a councilmember if he was doing that.

It's been all weekend

PARCC testing starts tomorrow for our kid and we tried to get her to bed early tonight so she's well-rested but she's been up for 2 hrs now due to the thumping. And we live 3 miles from RFK. So annoying.

I'm sorry but these are the things that come along with living in a vibrant, thriving city. It's called the art scene. If you don't want any culture then perhaps Alabama is better fit for you
Anonymous
This is why RFK cannot be redeveloped. Just turn it into some mixed-use development to actually benefit the neighborhood.

No actually, this is not the norm. I have lived in DC for 25 years and have never experienced this.

Always nice to hear from an old white person who resents the diversification of the city. Sorry, but BIPOC people are allowed to have fun. Perhaps you should insulate your house better and then you would not hear it

I live 5 miles away. Should all the homes in the 5-mile radius be cleared out so concerts can happen? No.
