We just had a Sunday afternoon party last week for my new 5 year old and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone came, had a blast and also had their Saturdays to do soccer, yard work, etc. highly recommend a Sunday afternoon.

Parties are loud, libraries are not. Do NOT have your party at the library. That's just odd.

Sunday's are fine. Try to schedule it after 2pm ideally, but 1pm may be fine.
