What is your Easter Meal?

I’m a food snob and very heath conscious, but the Reese’s eggs (or the pumpkins, Christmas trees, hearts) are perfection. I don’t care for actual Reese’s cups

Sounds good. Do you have any links to recipes?

I grew up having ham…but was never a fan. Now that I make my own meal, I LOVE Gourmet’s lamb Provençale.

We had lamb chops, asparagus, deviled eggs, mashed potatoes and strawberry shortcake. Delish!

I had a chicken to roast and some potatoes, but the weather was gorgeous and the kids and I spent 3 hours at the park instead. I’m solo this weekend so there was no one to put the chicken in. Oh well. Worth it! We did make some cute bunny cakes and decorated them
