Yep, nothing really. The eggs and bunnies have some vague relation to the ideas of rebirth, spring, and resurrection. And egg hunts give little kids a way to share in the celebrations. But none of this is part of scripture or liturgy. |
The pagan roots of those traditions all pre-date Christianity. Just like the Yule log, etc. |
