Today is the day we celebrate the women's’ visit to the tomb that occurred on the first Easter morning. They went to mourn Jesus’s death and instead found the tomb, open. He was not there. He had risen, just as He said. |

because Easter is always the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox. I learned that in 7th grade biology. |

I suppose that's why there's no set date for Easter like there is for Christmas and the feast of the assumption, etc, but what does all that astronomical stuff have to do with something religious, like Easter? |
