Need to use up eggs

You can dye brown eggs. They come out very jewel-toned actually.

We dyed brown eggs last year and got beautiful colors!

Yes! Angel food cake for the whites, and then lemon curd with the yolks. Lots of online recipes for 6 yolks to make 1 cup of curd.

Eggs last forever especially if you got them from a farm. Just make some large omelettes or frittatas.

Make a swiss cake roll using a sponge cake recipe. Lots of online recipes - mine calls for 8 eggs. I'm making one with strawberry and whipped cream filling for Easter dinner. Boil the others for deviled eggs/egg salad/kid snacks.
