Ground turkey ideas?

Add:
Sautéed onion, peppers and garlic
Frozen corn
Canned tomatoes
Canned black beans
Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and chili powder

Serve with chips, sour cream, hot sauce, avocado, cheese, etc

I came here to post this. I will never understand why anyone buys ground turkey. It's literally all the unsellable parts of the turkey ground up and mixed with god knows what until it looks like food.

It's the fake health equivalent of pink slime.

I use the recipe from Bon Appetit's test kitchen. It's fantastic. I make the Xawaash spice mix myself.

I found one recipe (smittenkitchen) that makes really good Mediterranean meatballs from ground turkey. Everything else I’ve tried with it is just not that good.

Seriously good. And would not be the same deliciousness with ground beef. Trust me on this recipe. Include the pickled red onions. Eat this with tzatziki and hummus and cherry tomatoes.
