What should I do with two pounds of ground turkey? I am tired of my meatballs (Mediterranean- delicious). Don’t really feel like burgers…

Turkey joes -- ground turkey, finely diced bell peppers and onions, browned together and drain, then add some spices and BBQ sauce, serve on hamburger rolls.

We do zucchini/turkey burgers dough,y based on this recipe:

Or, I do a similar recipe and put them on the smoker and they are so delicious!

You could also do stuffed zucchini, stuffed peppers, or stuffed squash. Sometimes I’ll just sauté with garlic, onions and spices, add bean spouts and sautéed stir fry veggies and serve over rice.
