Reasonable or ridiculous - Uber Eats Question. What do most people do?

If I can eat it, i'm fine. If it's something I wouldn't eat or can't eat because of allergies, then I ask for a refund. I hate Bavarian cream so that donut would just go to waste so I'd ask for a refund. But I like salt bagels and I'd eat that so I wouldn't say anything if that was the substitute.
