Should I use my audible credit in A Man Called Ove?

I’d also use a free app. Didn’t think it was funny or cute at all.

Oh, I HATED it. So overrated. Don't do it!

This seems to be a somewhat polarizing book. OP, the excerpts from the book on the Amazon site will give you a sense of the writer’s style and the overall tone of the book. Checking that out to see how it suits your personal tastes might be helpful.

I liked the book

I just got it from the library. I enjoyed it, but I’m not a big money spender on books since I tend to only read things once. Big library fan.

I have seen copies of this in the little free libraries and on the resale shelves at the actual library.

If you can get a paper copy for practically nothing (or nothing at all) don't waste your credits on the audio version.

OP, use it on Piranesi. For some reason, libraries don't have the audio version of it.

I use Overdrive with two different library systems, and both have the audiobook. Both have a wait list.

I would get Beartown instead. I liked it much better.

No, it’s licensed exclusively through audible.

I liked how the book showed the inherent worth and dignity of each person. People don't have to conform to society's social rules to be loved and to show love. They can be quirky and loving at the same time. It is a blessing when people who are a little out of step find people who see them as whole people.

The narrator was very good!

Neither are in the DC area, but the book is definitely on both of them. One is Harris County Texas
