Agreeing with the consensus. If you literally can’t drive safely and can’t find an alternative, then obviously they stay home… because you literally have no choice. I think I’ve had 2-3 hours of one norovirus that was like that (literally passed out on the floor of the bathroom). Otherwise, they go. Also, if you are a single parent of kids young enough that they can’t really fend for themselves in the place you live, ask your doctor for an emergency supply of zofran, it’s life changing.
