Prices have gone up. The Key West Hampton Inn is $700/night over spring break. You may need to adjust your budget or your expectations.

You must not be used to peak spring break and winter prices. They are often 2 or 3x the regular expensive price of a luxury resort.

I just quickly checked st Regis bal Harbour and it is $4k per night for spring break for a family of 4

I stayed there a few months ago non peak 2 adults and it was $1500 per night I think.

I meant to say I used to points but I believe the rate was $1500 and that was October non peak time.

Four Seasons Orlando

If you don’t want to convention-y feel of the Breakers, look at Islabella or Cheeca Lodge

You do realize that four seasons is more expensive than breakers during spring break.

I do think four seasons Orlando is a very nice kid friendly resort.

Rates are all over the place there. As with other hotels that also have residences, a lot of owners don’t put their units in the room pool for those big weeks.
We have stay there for less than $1k/ night and also payed about $7k/night there.
