It's on Veirs Mill. Authentic and good but do have a fair bit of meat on their menu. It's next to a Korean Bakery.

I think they renamed it PL BBQ or something like that. Their fried mackerel fish is delicious if your daughter is pescatarian.

I'm Korean, and we usually go to House of Milae in Bethesda. It's pricey, but authentic.

Korean here.. I also go to Mahdang in Rockville. It's a hole in the wall in an industrial park.

Generally, find one where there are mostly Koreans.

There are also several in Wheaton/Silver Spring that are good. Check yelp.

This is where we go for carryout. We also go to Anju on 18th street in DC for dining in (well, really, patio dining these days).

My son and husband love it because of the bibimbap, but since I'm not a fan of that, I don't think the rest of the menu is impressive.

It's called House of Millae. It's a pretty standard menu (no grills, though). The Kimchi Jiggae is good, as are some of the pancakes.

I thought house or milae was good. I’m not Korean but have been to a fair numbers of Korean restaurants.

Thank you, we went there over Xmas break as our one indoor eating experience of the last several months. It was totally delicious but we weren't sure if a Korean person would think it was good too.
Good to know!

There is a Facebook group called Support Moco Restaurants.

They have great recommendations on that group.

Another vote for Mahdang.

It isn't fancy at all. Just like a mom and pop shop.
