I agree with PP. No one will give me the pressure I need for it to make a difference.
Tell them. A massage therapist with proper prenatal training will work at the therapeutic level needed. I’m a lmt and received a sports massage and myofascial release during pregnancy. Use your words and give feedback. Def seek out non spa practice too, find a wellness center or more clinical massage practice that has prenatal certified therapists. I wish the Well was still open.
