Best baby shampoo/wash/lotion?

Mustela for early and if there's cradle cap, babyganics foam after that.

Agree - and it is actually hard to find fragrance free products. Dove has a line that they are marketing for babies now that is fragrance free and mild.

I like Babo Botanicals Sensitive Baby 2-in-1 Shampoo, which has a fragrance-free option.

We used mustela. It works for cradle cap.

I disagree. I think it’s important to know what you are putting on your newborns skin and I’d want to know what products have nasty ingredients (Johnson &
Johnson for example). I’m always horrified when I see people still using their products.

Pipette is great as well as California baby.

I use aveeno too

+3 love the smell of the lavender

Most free of harmful chemicals (I did some research prior to putting Together my own registry)

Baby wash: earth mama simply non-scents baby wash, Babi botanicals sensitive baby fragrance free

Lotion: beautycounter baby daily protective (can be used for diaper) balm, Aveeno baby daily moisture lotion

Diaper: baby bum diaper rash cream fragrance free, mustela diaper rash cream - fragrance free

Laundry detergent: better life unscented, biokleen free&clear, molly’s suds unscented, 7th gen natural powder

Mustela Stelatopia then unscented sensitive skin baby dove.

Dr. Bronner’s. The best soap is…soap. Everything else is marketing.

I like California baby, but most days I just bathe the baby in water (he is eczema prone). Agree that anything unscented is probably just fine!

Aveeno wash & lotion were the first ones I tried, and they worked great so I've never gotten another one. My kids don't have sensitive skin though, so I think they'd probably be fine with anything.

We used Aveeno. It was fine. When all of that was used up, we tried Little Journey from Aldi. Same results, cheaper price. I’d say start with something like Aveeno for a newborn but unless you notice other skin sensitivities, go with whatever is most convenient.

Another California baby fan. If only it weren’t so pricy!

I use Mustela and Baby Dove wash and lotion. Also, the Mustela foam shampoo is good for cradle cap. We got sets of both as gifts. I ran out of Mustela when baby was around 1 and started using Dove. Both are fine.
