Our fifth grader at discovery came home with one last week. Our middle Schoolers at Williamsburg have not come home with one yet.

We never got one. Taylor.

We haven’t gotten them from Nottingham. We did get 2 masks, but they were adult sized.

The vaccine proof self reporting thing asks you for dates of first shot and second shot but doesn't allow you to provide a date of a booster. They do ask for photos of the vaccine card but seems like they are not going to input the booster info so their "effective as of" dates will be screwed up. Boo.

CDC nor VDH require boosters for under 17 so you don't need to worry about booster date. Primary series is enough.

This is actually incorrect It does allow you to add the booster if it’s been more than several months since your last shot. I was able to upload the card for my daughters booster and add the date. It doesn’t ask until after you pass the first page where you enter in the first and second shot date.

The incompetence never ends. "The coronavirus testing will initially be offered to students only, for free, at Syphax Education Center from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on school days." First, why are they reporting this to the news before communicating to families. Second, why in the world would this not be in THE MORNING so the rapid is more accurate (typically can rely on not being infectious for 8 hrs post test) and why make people to Syphax. Are they aware that school across the country are relying on home tests for this. Just astounding. Not my fight since my kids are vaccinated but they need to get this right.

I was also surprised (1) to see this in the news before we've even received a email about it, and (2) only offering at one location in the afternoon.

Hopefully omicron will soon be gone and this nonsense can end.
