That isn’t consequence-free. The judge stopped short of putting a 15 year old on the adult sex offender registry.

And the father of the victim is still awful.

If some boy shoved my daughter to the ground and stuck his peni$ into her rectum and mouth, for several minutes (aka raped her) you bet your life I would be screaming at his parents among other things.

This man’s daughter was raped. And the school system didn’t seem to give a rat’s @ss about it other than saving their own PR image. If it was your daughters what would you have done? Are you for real, how is he vile? Because he has anger and rage about what happened to his daughter?

Loudoun probably shouldn’t have elected a criminal defense attorney to the board of supervisors if they didn’t want a member of the board practicing criminal defense law.
