This, although there are so many Emmas out there. |

Emma and Evelyn are lovely - just because something's popular doesn't make it bad. Because I'm pedantic, I always associate Sasha with the Russian diminutive for Alexander. Maybe as a nickname for Alexandra, I would like it, but it just doesn't work for me.
Love William and Arthur. Love Charles but wouldn't use it because I knew a jerk with that name. Not crazy about the other boy names, especially Fitzgerald. |

Sasha - no, I'm known a couple Russian boys/men who go by Sasha
Emma - possibly too popular but it gets a bonus from me because I like that it'll be easy to learn to read, spell, and write Evelyn - eh William - yes, popular but classic Charles - eh Arthur - like the aardvark or King Arthur Bennett - no unless it's a family name you want to pass down Adam - yes Fitzgerald - NO |
I know a little Artie and it’s adorable. I don’t think he’ll have trouble transitioning to Art when he’s older, either. Solid name. |
| Charles and Evelyn |
| Isn't Sasha a boy name? It can be really annoying having a name where people assume you're the other gender. It can be very confusing. |

I have know both male Sashas (Russian, always a nickname not given name, often their dad or grandfather is Alexander which is why they go by Sasha) and female Sashas (always given name, not nn, sometimes Russian heritage and names for male family members nn in honor of them, sometimes not).
I think it’s a pretty name and as someone with a unisex name myself, I don’t find it at all confusing. It’s actually sometimes handy in a professional setting. |

It's a good list, but I kind of want to know more about you. Sasha works if you're Russian or have any Russian background. Fitzgerald is certainly a mouthful ... I'd only use it as a middle name and only then if you're Irish. Or maybe just Fitz as a first name.
Emma and Charles are very popular right now. Overall, my faves are Sasha, Bennett and Adam. |

I do not understand these posts.
I hate all these names except Bennett, which is only okay. So what? Name your kids what you and your husband like. It's hard enough for two people to agree, why do you need consensus from the whole internet? You (and I'm sure many, many other people) may hate the names my kids have. I could not care less. Is this a confidence thing? Are you a people pleaser? |
Sasha is actually a nickname for Alexandra in Russian, too! It's unisex. If you google image Саша, the results are a mix of men and women. I think I've met one Emma and one or two Evelyns around here so I don't think we're exactly being flooded by them. And I agree that popular doesn't mean bad. - DP who majored in Russian |
It's not. https://www.behindthename.com/name/sasha |
| Sasha is a boy's name. |
| I like Emma. None of the others. |
| Bennett and Kenna |

Sasha, I guess. Mainly because I am so sick of Emma and Evelyn, which were already boring before they got overdone. Also, Sasha Obama, so it's got that going for it if.
Bennett, of the boys list. |
