At what age do even healthy and fit men start look old and less attractive?

00:59 is totally right. I'd also add to that list Viggo Mortensen. I always thought he was so attractive, but now he just looks older (still handsome, but a senior).

Depends on their lifestyle. Some men who tend to drink heavily start to look rundown early in their age. The bags under the eyes, wrinkles, ect.

Regular every day men … it starts in the early 50s from a sexual perspective for me but I am 45. That perspective will probably change as I get older

52 year old male. I exercise 6 days a week, and would say I have good genetics because I have always had a 6 pack. It is still there today, but not as firm as it used to be. I keep trying but think I am fighting a losing battle

The problem is, even a six-pack it starts to look odd when you get older. The skin is thinner and starts to droop a bit.

I personally think a man who really works at it by hitting the gym daily can make it to his mid 60s before a visible decline in physical attractiveness. I had experience with one 60+year old who still looked super handsome and could have sex easily two-three times a day. No joke.

I'd say that age is between 70 and 80 for a guy who exercises every day and dresses well.
