I also didn't feel kicking until around Week 22/23. I had an ultrasound at 20 weeks and mentioned this to the sonographer and she noted that I had an anterior placenta (placenta is on the front side of my uterus -- closer to my stomach) and she said, "Of course you're not feeling anything yet -- with an anterior placenta, you won't feel anything for several more weeks!" And then, a couple weeks later, I finally felt those little kicks. As long as the doctor is hearing a heartbeat, I wouldn't worry.
