Many recurrent early miscarriages are caused by hormonal imbalances or blood-clotting disorders/antibodies. Many later miscarriages are caused by cervical incompetence (about 20% of 2nd trimester losses) or other problems with placental development.
I think it's pretty insensitive to come into a thread like this and make such a sweeping statement about what causes miscarriages and why there's no point in trying to avoid them. Personally. |
| Pp ita with you. Have had 2 mcs myself and the latest one we know it was chromosomally normal and I haven't tested positive for anything. Doctors cannot explain why I have miscarried, so I am giving acupuncture a try |
