So my endocrinologist told me to take spatone liquid iron and then my OB told me to just take ferrous sulfate. Any idea which is better? |

Cooking with iron and the like won’t raise your levels adequately if you’re actually anemic.
Look for a heme iron supplement like Proferrin (if you’re not vegetarian), which are generally better tolerated than the other ones. Gluconate is usually better tolerated than sulphate if you don’t want to go there every route. |
You were probably low prepregnancy and baby drained what little you started with. |
