I don't think you're being smart - unless you have some kind of high risk in your family. If you don't have high risk - I am guessing you allow your kids to drive in a car and swim - both of which are stastically riskier to them than covid. |
| OP here, I don't know why anyone felt compelled to troll this thread. My kid had a terrible time during virtual school, not because of a lack of sleepovers and certainly not because of my anxiety. Thanks to those who provided helpful input or general commiseration! Winter birthdays are always hard, especially in a pandemic! |
