White chili (with chicken)

Can of diced chiles
Onion and garlic
2 boxes of chicken stock
1 packet of McCormick white chicken chili blend
1 can of cannellini beans
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1 can of rotel drained
Dash of heavy cream or cream cheese

Bring it all to a boil, simmer for awhile then serve. I use shredded pepper Jack or smoked Gouda, cilantro and jalapeños and sour cream on top and cornbread. It’s delicious.

This seems like a lot of liquid for the amount of beans.

Currently have this in the slow cooker:

I used less broth than the recipe called for based on the reviews and it's still a little soupy but it smells amazing and tastes really good so far! I've had it on low in the crockpot for 5.5 hours now.

Yeah maybe I only use 1. I probably don’t use 2.
