White chili (with chicken)

Anonymous
The chili thread made me realize I’ve never made chili. Does anyone have a good recipe or tips for making a white chili?

McCormick white chicken chili marinade, small white beans, chicken, maybe diced tomatoes. Good for beginners.

Rotisserie chicken
Can of diced chiles
Onion and garlic
2 boxes of chicken stock
1 packet of McCormick white chicken chili blend
1 can of cannellini beans
1/2 bag of frozen corn
1 can of rotel drained
Dash of heavy cream or cream cheese

Bring it all to a boil, simmer for awhile then serve. I use shredded pepper Jack or smoked Gouda, cilantro and jalapeños and sour cream on top and cornbread. It’s delicious.

This is SO GOOD! And could not be easier. Add a bag of frozen corn and make sure to add all the toppings

Also try to use frontera tomatillo salsa- it makes a difference! I’ve used other brands and it’s not as good

I don’t use this recipe (or have mine handy) but I really like Herdez brand salsa verde. I serve with that to add individually both to customize as well as to keep a bit of the fresh taste.

My family prefers carrots to peppers, but the hominy is key,

Does anyone have a recipe using TJ's hatch valley salsa (Not the salsa verde, which has a lot more sodium)?

I love that salsa! Just use it in place of any other salsa in a recipe that calls for it.

+1 I like this plus a can of corn. It's got a kick to it.
